HOUSTON (AP) — A medical helicopter from South Texas has made a hard landing while trying to take off from a Houston hospital.
Authorities say nobody was hurt during Monday's accident at Memorial Hermann Memorial City Medical Center.
No patients were on board the air ambulance from Seguin. The chopper carried a pilot, a nurse and a paramedic.
Investigators are not sure what caused the air ambulance to make the hard landing on a grassy area near the helipad. Part of the tail section broke.
