DALLAS (CBSDFW.COM) - A man with seven prior felony convictions who had been seen in Tarrant County is under arrest.

40-year-old Michael Sean Green of Martinsville, Virginia, was arrested this morning in North Las Vegas, Nevada.

He had been wanted by the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force in connection with an attempted kidnapping in Knoxville, Tennessee.

He is faced charges in Tennessee.
