Man Arrested For Dumping Dead Dog In Dallas

DALLAS (CBSDFW.COM) - A Dallas man has been arrested for dumping a dead dog on the city's east side.
Dallas marshals say they tracked down Andrew Ortiz based on evidence left on the side of Dowdy Ferry Road last week.
That area's been plagued with this sort of problem for months, with volunteers finding bags of dead dogs almost daily.
The city recently put up cameras to try to help combat the problem.
