DALLAS (CBSDFW.COM) - Dallas Love Field is asking travelers to consider curbside drop offs due to the level of traffic for springtime travel.
Spring is a popular travel time, and this weekend Love Field Airport is predicting a heavy volume of travelers.
Besides the usual recommendations of arriving at the airport early, the airport is asking that travelers use taxis, limos, and shuttles, services instead of parking.
Getting dropped off at the airport, and even using the new DART "LOVE LINK" shuttles service is also options.
Dallas Love Field now has over 8,000 parking spaces, but even with the increase, the expected heavy volume of patrons could cause finding a parking space difficult.
Travelers are also asked to bring lots of patience and large doses of good humor to get through the busy travel schedule.
