Homicide Detectives Investigating Body Found In South Dallas

DALLAS, Texas (CBSDFW.COM) - Homicide Detectives are investigating after a body was found in South Dallas near LBJ Freeway and Bonnie View Road intersection.

The Swift Water Team removed the body from shallow water under a stretch of roadway Friday evening. It was then transferred to the Medical Examiner's Office.

A witness reported seeing the body of the Hispanic man floating face-down on top of the water.
