Hamilton Back In Rangers Lineup

ARLINGTON (AP) - Slugger Josh Hamilton is back in the Texas Rangers lineup after getting an injection to lubricate his sore left knee.

Hamilton, who leads the majors with 41 home runs and 121 RBIs, said before Friday night's game against Seattle that his knee was already feeling "90 percent better than it did before."

Hamilton came out late in Wednesday night's game and then didn't play the series finale against Cleveland on Thursday night after getting the injection. Though his knee has been sore the past month, he says there's no lingering issue.

Manager Ron Washington says there are no limitations on Hamilton.

Hamilton has had similar injections before, including in spring training earlier this year.
