And the answer is Kelly Osbourne.  Has everyone been paying attention to what's happening to Kelly Osbourne?  I mean she's still not hot by any means but you got to applaud the effort right?  Like this is exactly why they invented drugs and bulimia and hair dye.  Transformations.  When your face gets beat with the ugly stick you've got to work that much harder to turn things around.  And that's what Kelly Osbourne, bless her heart, is trying to do.
