Girl, 3, Hospitalized After Stepfather's Alleged Abuse

DALLAS (CBSDFW.COM) – A child's stepfather was arrested after he allegedly abused her.
Alejandro Arcero allegedly hit the toddler on her stomach and the side of her head, according to a police affidavit.
Arcero is also accused of swinging a cord at her legs.
The child was treated for serious injuries, including internal bleeding at the hospital.
Doctors said she is bruised from her head to her feet.
