Fort Worth Police Searching For Bank Fraud Suspect
FORT WORTH, Texas (1080 KRLD) - Fort Worth police are asking for public assistance in identifying and tracking down a woman who tried to rip-off the Bank of America on West 7th Street.
Surveillance pictures show the female suspect as she struck an officer on a bike when he approached her at the drive-through on Wednesday, May 7th.
"She was in the process of committing a fraud - and apparently she's wanted for several of these," says FWPD Sergeant Raymond Bush. "The bank employees called us while the fraud was occurring."
Police say the suspect is driving a 2013-2014 "Island Gray" Volkswagen CC with the possible license plate BJG 9110.

Due to the collision with the bike officer, the vehicle may have minor front end damage.
The suspect is described as a female Hispanic in her twenties, and she may have had a child with her.
If you know or have information pertaining to this person or vehicle, please call 911 or Crime Stoppers at 817 469 TIPS (8477). A reward up to $1,000 will be offered to anyone who provides a tip that leads to an arrest for a crime or a criminal case cleared.
