Forecast for This Work Week: Hot
Average daily high at DFW so far this month? 96°. High today? 97°. High tomorrow? 99°.
A simply summary gives you what you need to know, hot and dry weather this week. A brisk south wind tomorrow (gusts up to 25mph in the afternoon) is the only relief in sight. At least dew points continue to stay in the low 60's (this afternoon they actually mixed down to the upper 50's in the afternoon) so we are not piling on with the heat index.
A weak frontal boundary linked to a strong low over the south is going to inspire some rain chances in east Texas on Wednesday. It is only the complete lack of rain a dozen days into June this weather feature would get a mention. We'll include a 10% chance of rain in the eastern half for that day, basically along I-35E and east along I-20, I-30. Small chances but as it looks right now the best chance for rain over the next 3-4 days.
