DALLAS (CBSDFW.COM) – A customer of the Exxxotica Expo is now the first person to sue the city -- and the Dallas City Council -- over the vote to ban adult entertainment expo from the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center downtown.
Justin Salas said the expo is not obscene or unconstitutional, so it has a right to be held. He attended and worked the expo last year as a vendor.
His attorney told CBS11 his suit could turn into class action lawsuit, if other customers or vendors want to join the fight.
