Farmer's Almanac Says Expect Cold, Wet Winter
Texas is in for a cold, wet winter according to the latest edition of the Farmer's Almanac. January and February are expected to be the roughest months of the winter for Texas. The eastern two-thirds of the country are predicted to have a cold winter in store, based on methodology that goes back to the early 1800's. Farmer's Almanac claims its forecasts are up to 85 percent accurate.
