Exotic Dancer Sues Rick's Cabaret Over Wages, Long Hours

DALLAS (CBSDFW.COM) – An exotic dancer is suing Rick's Cabaret for more than her nightly take.
Her case could impact hundred of her co-workers, too. The lawsuit says the dancer was underpaid and forced to work long hours at the gentleman's club.
The dancer alleges management made her use her tips to pay a "house fee." Her attorney told CBS 11 News that he hopes to have 500 dancers and wait staff join the lawsuit.
The club didn't return our calls for comment.
Exotic entertainers successfully sued a New York Rick's Cabaret for the same issue last year; winning more than $10,000,000.
