DALLAS (CBSDFW.COM) - Dallas Police say a pair of girls, 8 and 10-years-old, were inappropriately touched by a man while they were playing in a laundry room at the Linda Vista Apartments at 13450 Maham Road.

Police say this happened on Valentine's Day around 5:00 p.m.  They say the girls were approached by a man they didn't know.

The girls told their parents the man touched both of them in a sexual manner. The parents tried to find the man but did not.

Police say the parents did not contact them at that time because they could not locate the suspect.

On February 20, the victims saw a man they believe to be the suspect.

The children told one of the parents, who was able to take a picture of him.

They then contacted Dallas Police.

Police describe the suspect as "a Latin male, between 30 and 40 years of age, 5'07, 170 lbs, dark hair, and wearing a blue baseball cap."

Anyone with information should call Detective Roach of the Child Exploitation Unit at 214-671-4207.
