NORTH TEXAS (CBS 11 NEWS) - The Tarrant County District Attorney's Office is looking into a video posted to Twitter, allegedly showing North Texas "affluenza" teen Ethan Couch, at a party with several people playing beer pong.

Couch avoided jail time in 2013 after a drunk driving crash that killed four people.

The six-second video shows several young people in a room, with red cups and beer cans stacked on a table. It ends when a young man dives onto the table, and it collapses. A man reported to be Couch, can be seen clapping during the dive.

The DA's office was first made aware of the video when the poster mentioned the office and the City of Burleson in the post. Burleson responded by telling the poster to contact the Sheriff's Office and the DA. The city said it would not be involved in any investigation unless there was evidence a new crime had occurred within its jurisdiction.

It is too early for investigators to know if the video is a violation of the terms of Couch's probation. It's not clear when or where the video was shot, and if it is actually Couch in the video. He is not seen drinking in the video. His 10-year probation included restrictions on drinking and driving.
