Cop Jailed In Child Porn Investigation
A Dallas policeman is now jailed in a child porn investigation. Three-year veteran Isac De La Rosa was booked yesterday after being indicted on a felony charge of Promotion of Child Pornography. Internal investigators say the charge stems from his possession of sexually explicit photographs of children and making them electronically available to others.
