Chupacabra Found In North Texas?

The latest now on the so-called "Chupacabra" discovered by a Wise county man on a golf course.  A biologist with Texas Parks and Wildlife Department is now telling the Wise County Messenger --- the weird little animal...is actually a hairless raccoon. The biologist says the feet, skull and dental formation all match that of a raccoon...but couldn't say...how the animal lost its hair.
