CBS To Show Notre Dame & Navy From Ireland
NEW YORK (CBS SPORTS) - Prepare to wake up early on the morning of Saturday, September 1, because there's going to be college football for you to watch. It was announced on Monday that CBS would kick off it's 2012 college football television schedule with the game between Notre Dame and Navy that is being played in Dublin's Aviva Stadium this season.
And we don't mean Dublin, Ohio -- we mean Dublin, Ireland.
Kickoff is set for 2:00 p.m. local Dublin time, or 8:00 a.m. here in DFW. Irish and Midshipmen fans on the West Coast, you may want to go ahead and set your coffeemakers.
