Havana is a two-story tribute to two of the best things to come out of the Caribbean: rum and cigars. You can buy a membership here, which gives you a private cigar locker/humidor and a table whenever you walk in the door. Havana has a great selection of cigars, including their own private label. You can even take a cigar rolling class.
Cool River Cafe - Dallas

Despite the name, Cool River is actually located in Irving's Las Colinas mega-development. It's primarily a restaurant, but it also has a first-rate cigar room with a great selection.

This is a New York-style pub in downtown Dallas, serving standard pub-style food. It has a long list of scotches and cigars on the menu. The pub also claims to be the only legal smoke-friendly pub in the West End.
