Baylor's Record Baseball Win Streak Ends At 24
SAN ANTONIO (AP) - Baylor's Big 12-record winning streak has ended at 24 games.
The Bears lost to UTSA 4-1 on Tuesday night, their first loss since March 13 at UT-Arlington. Baylor's streak was the longest in Division I this season.
The loss also snapped Baylor's nine-game road winning streak, tied for the longest in school history.
Baylor (35-8) will try to extend its school-record 17-game home winning streak Wednesday night against UT-Arlington.
The Bears are still undefeated in the Big 12 at 18-0. Their next conference series is May 11-13 at Oklahoma.
