Despite the Senate Judiciary Committee deadlocking on advancing her nomination, Jackson is likely to be confirmed with three Republican senators having pledged support.

It's unclear whether other Republican senators will join Collins in voting to confirm Jackson to the Supreme Court.
Trump was impeached by the House in 2019 after he conditioned key military aid for Ukraine on an investigation into the Bidens.
The 24 Democrats also asked Chief Justice John Roberts to commit to creating a code of conduct for the Supreme Court.

McConnell said Jackson's sentencing record in child pornography cases is "troubling."
Jackson endured nearly 24 hours of questions from the Senate Judiciary Committee's 22 members over a two-day span.
The Senate Judiciary Committee convened Thursday for its fourth and final day of confirmation hearings for Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson's nomination to the Supreme Court.
The court ruled 8-1, with Justice Clarence Thomas as the lone dissenter.
The announcement comes as President Biden is in Brussels meeting with NATO and EU allies.
Republicans continued lines of questioning on Wednesday regarding Jackson's handling of child pornography cases during her time as a federal judge.
