A Georgia judge has rejected former President Donald Trump's request to block a report by a special grand jury in Fulton County.
The PAC, which had raised over $100 million by early 2022, has run through most of its funds and had just $3.7 million in cash on hand at the end of June.
The president said he and the first lady "only want what is best for all of our grandchildren, including Navy."
The government said it is "particularly striking that he seeks permission to do so in the very location at which he is charged with willfully retaining the documents charged in this case."
Trump now faces eight counts related to alleged attempts to obstruct the Justice Department's investigation in the case involving documents with classified markings discovered at Mar-a-Lago.
A third defendant was also added in the case: Mar-a-Lago property manager Carlos De Oliveira.
The Florida governor also insisted he's "not picking a fight" with GOP Rep. Byron Donalds over school curriculum on slavery.
The 90-year-old senator has about 18 months left in her term.
