"For the Republicans who supported this bill, you showed a lot of courage," President Biden said at the White House.
Congress will need to decide what to do about the debt ceiling soon.
Americans will be able to defer their student loan payments through the end of January 2022.
Congressman Ralph Norman attributed his mild symptoms to his fully vaccinated status.
