Iris Salem

Iris Salem is a digital producer at CBS Los Angeles. With tenure spanning more than 17 years at CBS News and Stations, Ms. Salem has been a devoted contributor, defining digital news and delivering impactful stories. Ms. Salem initially joined KCBS/KCAL in 2007, where she served in multiple roles prior to joining its digital team.

As a digital producer since 2010, Ms. Salem has been at the forefront of reporting on key events, including breaking news, while navigating an ever-changing media landscape with a continued passion for informing and educating audiences across platforms.

Beyond the newsroom, Ms. Salem is an advocate of civil rights and social justice, practicing law in California, where she handles labor and employment disputes.
