Chloe Carlson joined CBS LA in November 2025. She is the weather forecaster for the weekend morning newscasts from 6 am-10 am on Saturdays, and 5 am-9 am on Sundays. She also hosts the weekly Toyota Let's Go Places segments, highlighting exciting things to see and do across Southern California.
Originally from Colorado, Chloe moved to Southern California with her family in high school and later earned her bachelor's degree in Broadcast Journalism from Biola University in La Mirada where she also ran track and cross country. Before joining CBS LA, she spent four years in Palm Springs working as a weather anchor, lifestyle TV host, and live feature reporter, earning an Emmy nomination for her work. Her career has also taken her to Portland, Oregon, and Columbia, South Carolina.
Chloe's husband serves in the U.S. Marines as a JAG, and together they are raising their two young daughters. When she's not forecasting, Chloe is exploring new places and making memories with her husband and two daughters. She also loves being near the ocean - whether she's surfing, playing beach volleyball, or running along the boardwalk.
