Multiple "high impact, large wildfires" resistant to control could break out across the Texas Panhandle on Wednesday, just as the state's largest-ever fire is nearly contained, officials and forecasters said.
The Texas Panhandle wildfires have left cattle with "hooves burned off" and many of those that survived are now in need of nebulizer treatments and other care.
