Watch: Bay Area lawmakers introduce proposal requiring law enforcement to show faces

State Sen. Scott Wiener (D-San Francisco) and State Sen. Jesse Arrequin (D-Berkeley) introduced a measure dubbed the "No Secret Police Act", which would prohibit law enforcement at all levels from covering their faces.
