San Francisco homeless persons displaced from their locations are moving into Hayes Valley

Addressing homelessness in San Francisco has been one of Mayor Daniel Lurie's top priorities since his election. But some people in the Hayes Valley neighborhood say unhoused people who are being displaced from hotspots have just moved into their neighborhood instead. Amanda Hari reports.
