Oakland city leaders tout steep drop in crime rate

The City of Oakland is showing a promising trend in the crime rate, which is dropping significantly and continuing a trend that started last year. As city leaders gathered Thursday to tout the progress, Lauren Toms spoke to one activist who says the city cannot afford to let up.
