Newsom, California Democrats unveil redistricting plan to counter Texas GOP efforts

California Gov. Gavin Newsom on Thursday announced a redistricting plan and a special election in response to Texas Republicans' plans to redraw five seats held by Democrats and make them more favorable to the GOP. Lauren Toms reports.
