Mission District residents say sex workers moved up the street after installation of barriers

More than a year after neighbors in San Francisco's Mission District sued the city for not doing more to stop sex workers from doing business on their streets, the city installed barriers to try and keep workers out. But neighbors say all it did was move the business up the block.
