Discovery Bay man honors fallen son nearly 20 years he was killed in Iraq

Nearly 20 years have passed since a U.S Army soldier from Discovery Bay died in Iraq. But his father's tears and heartache for his son's life cut short never went away. Kenny Choi reports.
