(KCBS) -- Tickets to see the Oakland Raiders used to be easy to find and easy on the wallet, but now the team is red hot - and so are the tickets.

Stubhub says tickets to Raiders games at the 50-year-old, dilapidated Oakland Coliseum are out-pricing San Francisco 49ers games at Levi's Stadium.

Season ticket holder Gerry Fuente of Dublin has a pair of seats three rows back from the Raiders bench

"It's not a season with us, it's a lifestyle," Fuente said.

For last Sunday's game against the Broncos, he was offered five times the face value for his seats.

"I was offered $500 for each of my tickets," he said. "A thousand dollars would not give me the satisfaction that I got from being there, watching us dominate the donkeys, all night long at the Coliseum," he said.

According to Stubhub, the median price for a ticket to see the Raiders face the Buffalo Bills on December 12^th is $144, $10 more than the price for a ticket to see the 49ers vs. Seahawks on New Year's Day.
