Man Shot, Seriously Injured In East Oakland
OAKLAND (CBS SF) -- A man was seriously injured in a shooting in East Oakland early Sunday morning, a police officer said.
The shooting was reported at 3:08 a.m. in the 2800 block of 68th Avenue, Officer J. Moore said.
Officers arriving on the scene located a man who was conscious and breathing but who was suffering from a gunshot wound, Moore said.
The man was taken to a hospital to be treated for serious injuries.
No suspect information was available as of 6 a.m.
