Man Caught Masturbating On Busy Street Corner In Santa Rosa
SANTA ROSA (CBS SF) -- A man allegedly masturbating on a busy street corner in Santa Rosa was arrested Friday.
Police responded to a report of a man masturbating at the corner of Mendocino Avenue and Fourth Street shortly after 7 a.m. Friday.
Liam Atkins, a 48 year old man with no permanent address was located and arrested for indecent exposure after a witness positively identified him.
Atkins has been convicted of indecent exposure in the past, and was charged with a felony for Friday's alleged offense. He was also charged with a probation violation, and booked into the Sonoma County jail.
