SANTA ROSA (BCN) - An armed man robbed a Wingstop restaurant in west Santa Rosa late Monday night, police said.

Police responded to a report of a robbery at the restaurant, located at 760 Stony Point Road, about 11:10 p.m.

The restaurant was open at the time of the robbery, police said.

A man wearing a ski mask and carrying a handgun demanded cash then fled, Sgt. Michael Clark said.

Police searched the area but did not find the man, described as about 5 feet 10 inches tall and 180 pounds, Clark said.
