San Francisco Bay Area hit by 3.7 magnitude earthquake

A magnitude 3.7 earthquake hit Concord Sunday morning, the United States Geological Survey said. 

The quake hit between Willow Pass and Clayton roads, near 6th Street, around 8:49 a.m. 

According to the USGS, the earthquake had a depth of nearly 9 miles.
