Jeremy Meeks, a 30-year-old convicted felon, was arrested on felony weapons charges as part of Weston Ranch Operation Ceasefire, which targeted an increase in shootings and robberies in the area.
But all anyone can talk about on the Stockton Police Department's Facebook page is his mugshot.
While Meeks sits in jail on serious felony weapons charges, he's gaining a serious fan base just on his looks.
9. Vehicle Of Missing, Pregnant Sacramento Woman Found In Elk Grove; Body Inside
The vehicle belonging to a pregnant Sacramento woman who was reported missing over a week ago has been located, and woman's body was found inside, according to authorities.
On Monday night Elk Grove police located the 2005 Toyota Prius belonging to Aubrey Andrews, 20, of Sacramento. It was found in a parking lot near the 8400 block of Elk Grove Boulevard, according to a statement from the Sacramento Police Department. Police found the body of a deceased adult female inside the car.
Sacramento Police Department investigators arrived at the scene and confirmed that it was Aubrey's car.

7. Women Chased On Interstate 80 By Driver Posing As Sheriff's Deputy In Alleged Road Rage Incident
A case of alleged road rage was caught on camera as two women say someone posing as a sheriff's deputy tried to run them off of Interstate 80.
Passenger Delanie Strykul says she and her friend Vanessa feared for their lives on Saturday, as they feel they were targeted by a woman driving a silver truck.
Strykul says the woman cut them off twice, but then slowed down to drive alongside their car.
"When she did that, I threw up my hands and flipped her off," she said.
It was a move Strykul says she now regrets.
6. Research Shows It's Better To Run To Best Nearby Shelter After Nuclear Detonation Blast
Researcher Michael Dillion, an atmospheric scientist at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory in California, had his research published in January by The Royal Society, which is a mathematical, physical, and engineering sciences journal.
In his research he created a mathematical model of nuclear fallout survival in an attempt to determine optimal fallout shelter times following a nuclear detonation. His relatives inquired with him about what they should do if they did indeed see a mushroom cloud.
5. Dramatic Takedown Of Sacramento Suspect Caught On Video
Sacramento police officers had a perimeter set up at Bidwell Way and Freeport Boulevard in the Land Park area on Monday evening after the suspect, Michael Kennedy, 19, allegedly fled from a police officer at a nearby light rail station.
Neighbors were brought outside by the sound of a helicopter circling overhead.
"The police were looking through all the houses, all the yards," said neighbor Scott Brennand.
Our camera was rolling when Kennedy hopped over the front fence of a home, grabbed a road bike leaning up against the porch and rode toward CBS13 photojournalist James Taylor.

A Stockton man claims he got severely ill and nearly died after swimming in a popular lake, losing 28 pounds in just one week.
Luis Lopez swam at the Woodward Reservoir Regional Park in rural Stanislaus County.
"I couldn't move; I couldn't look around, like I was a zombie," Lopez said.
2. Rare Cloud Causes Social Media Storm
An unusual cloud spotted in Stockton caused a storm on social media Friday afternoon.
Photos started flooding social media a little after 2 p.m. Many people characterized the event as a UFO, using hashtags like #alien, #weird and even going so far as saying the earth was due for an extraterrestrial invasion.
But, in all actuality, the event was probably just a hole-punch cloud – much like one that caused a commotion across Northern California back in 2010.
