The Don Geronimo Show - May 17, 2012

Don begins with a new John Travolta story, reported by the New York Post, in which Travolta allegedly tried to orally pleasure "Grease" co-star Jeff Conaway when he was sleeping. We also hear about Don's dentist appointment yesterday, which was his first in 7 years. After Don tells us the stories about how he lost two of his teeth, Blind Neil calls in, and tells us he's trying out some special brownies for a friend of his. Don tells him to call back in a few hours when they've kicked in.

After Don revisits his idea from yesterday, about a breastfeeding show, we get a visit from Lou Ferrigno. Lou, who was a member of this season's "Celebrity Apprentice," tells us about his experience on the show, what he thinks of Donald Trump, and how he's received by fans when he makes appearances at Comic Con. He even does an intro for the "Samson News Hour." Don then reads off the "Forbes Top 100 Most Powerful Celebrities" list, which the guys all agree is a load of crap. We then hear about a fat guy in Wisconsin who got kicked out of a buffet restaurant last Friday night, and has picketing outside the restaurant for the past week.

Our good buddy Adam Carolla stops by as well. Adam, who is performing at the Uptown Theater in Napa on June 2, tells us his thoughts on the Travolta stories that have recently come out, Howard Stern on "America's Got Talent," being on "Celebrity Apprentice," and weighs in on the New Orleans Saints bounty scandal. The guys then talk about Michelle Beadle leaving ESPN, which leads to Don's Vince Lombardi impression. We also hear a few clips, including an 8 bit version of the"Game Of Thrones" theme song, Kareem Abdul Jabbar on "Celebrity Jeopardy," and Gilbert Gottfried reading "50 Shades Of Grey." Blind Neil calls back, baked, and the guys have a little fun with him, especially Little Joe, who didn't take too kindly to Neil's previous phone call.

It's then time for the "Phantom News Hour." Today, Phantom talks about the passing of the great Donna Summer, at the age of 63, a sequel to "Taken" that will come out in October, the Roast of Betty White yesterday, and new TV programs that are in the works. And of course, Don wraps everything up with a caller 100!
