STOCKTON (CBS13) — A woman at the center of the Oakland Police sex scandal says she's slept with two-dozen police officers from five different departments, including one officer in Stockton.
Police are looking into the claims after Celeste Guap says she's had sex with current and former officers stretching from Richmond to Livermore, starting at 16 years old.
"I'm very concerned, because it goes against the core values of who a police officer is and what he or she is about," said Interim Oakland Police Chief Ben Fairow.
Guap says most of the encounters were with officers from the Oakland Police Department, and the men watched over her while she worked as a prostitute, and even tipped her off about undercover operations.
Stockton Police released a statement saying, "We reached out to the Oakland Police Department and they have no information that a Stockton Police Officer was involved, however these are serious allegations and we will continue to look into this matter."
