SMUD outage impacts nearly 5,500 customers in north Sacramento Monday night
SACRAMENTO — Nearly 5,500 SMUD customers were impacted by a power outage in north Sacramento on Monday night.
According to SMUD's online outage map, two separate outages in the same area occurred at 9:53 p.m. Power is expected to be fully restored by 11:30 p.m.
The cause of the outages is unknown at this time.
