Sacramento Man Accused Of Killing 2 Men, Setting Them Ablaze In Roseville
PLACER COUNTY (CBS13) — A Sacramento man is accused of murdering two people and setting them on fire.
The Placer County Sheriff's Office announced the arrest of Joshua Daniel Smith, 38, of Sacramento on Thursday.

Smith is accused of shooting Sacramento residents Jason Benson, 33, and Warren Galsote, 34, and setting them on fire.

Investigators say a homeowner on Annabelle Avenue in Roseville saw a fire and discovered it was two men who had been set on fire. Benson and Galsote died later at the hospital.
