Report: Oakland Road Rage Shooting Suspect Arrested In Elk Grove
ELK GROVE (CBS13) — A man arrested in Elk Grove may be connected to the deadly road rage shooting of a mother of 4 in Oakland.
Elk Grove Police detained a suspect sought by the Oakland Police department in the area of Springmont Drive and Plume Way.
On Sunday, Perla Avina was a shot by an unknown assailant in what's described as a road rage incident by her husband. Avina was driven a couple of blocks to her home where the mother of four later died.
