Police Searching For At-Risk Missing Woman

SACRAMENTO (CBS13) - Police are asking for the public's help to find a woman who is missing and considered at-risk.

Karmen Neilson, 62, of Sacramento, was last seen on November 20 around 2:30 p.m. driving southbound on River Road in a silver 2012 Honda Civic with California license plate 6XBB720, according to Sacramento police.

She has a medical condition that may be going untreated.

Neilson is described as Caucasian with has shoulder-length hair and weighs about 130 pounds. She's 5 feet 9 inches tall.
