Motorcycle Rider Arrested In Lodi After High-Speed Chase
(CBS13) - Lodi police arrested a man today accused of leading them on a high-speed chase.
Officers say 29-year-old Justin Moreno was caught around 3 a.m. morning after he took off on his motorcycle during a traffic stop.
Moreno is charged with felony evasion, driving a motorcycle without the proper license and other weapons charges.
