Man Arrested After Shooting Half-Brother During Argument In Stockton, Police Say

STOCKTON (CBS13) – A man is in custody after the Stockton Police Department said he shot his half-brother during an argument.

The shooting happened early Sunday morning at around 6:15 along West Flora Street, just south of Victory Park.

Andrew Gamboa, 46, faces a charge of assault with a deadly weapon.

Gamboa's half-brother was described by police as having non-life-threatening injuries.

No further information was released.
