Folsom firefighters reunite with mother, newborn they helped deliver
The Folsom firefighters who helped deliver a newborn reunited with the family, the Folsom Fire Department said.
On March 6, the fire department responded to a home when the family realized their baby was arriving earlier than expected.
First responders on Engine 36 and Medic 36 helped safely deliver the baby boy and then took them to the hospital.
The Fire Department posted a photo of the reunion on Saturday.
"We had the privilege of reconnecting with the amazing family and meeting again," the Fire Department said. "It is moments like these where we are honored to have played a role in such a joyful moment."
