Family Escapes As Neighbors Battle Orangevale Garage Fire
ORANGEVALE (CBS13) – An Orangevale family escaped safely after neighbors alerted them their garage was on fire early Friday morning.
The fire broke out at a home on Hidden Glen Lane off Central Avenue.
Neighbors smelled smoke and went outside to see the garage on fire.
While firefighters were still on their way, one neighbor with a firefighter background tried to keep the flames from spreading.
Everyone was able to get out safely.
The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
