Detectives: Pair Found Dead In Carmichael Home Had Gunshot Wounds

CARMICHAEL (CBS13) – Police say they're investigating the case of two people found dead inside of a Carmichael home as a double homicide.

The man and woman were found inside the 5200 block of Kenneth Avenue home Friday morning. According to information released by detectives Monday, the man and woman both had gunshot wounds.

The man has been identified by the Sacramento County Coroner's Office as 49-year-old Carmichael resident Jon Colbert. Detectives have only identified the woman as someone in her late 30s.
