Caltrans Shutting Down Important Sacramento Connector Ramp Tonight For Road Repairs
SACRAMENTO (CBS13) — Caltrans will be shutting down a major connector for repair work ahead of this week's storms.
The northbound Interstate 5 connector to eastbound Interstate 80 will be closed starting at 7 p.m. to patch a pothole in the No. 1 lane.
Caltrans says the work needs to be done in dry conditions and Monday night is the one dry period expected as a series of storms roll through the region.
Caltrans expects the ramp to reopen at around 11 p.m.
